The Cohort Explorer is an interactive tool allowing users to explore data for a number of DPUK cohorts.

Over 30 variables from a selection of cohorts have been harmonised, including information on demographics, lifestyle, cognition, health, and genetic biomarkers.

The purpose of the Explorer is to complement the Cohort Matrix and Directory, and gives a visual representation of participant numbers per variable, per cohort, aiding users looking into the eligibility of cohorts they are interested in to shape their potential hypotheses.

The Explorer is being incrementally developed, so the DPUK team will add more cohorts’ data to the Explorer as more is harmonised, in order that users can explore the variety of data available across participating DPUK cohorts’ harmonised datasets.

To access the Cohort Explorer, you will need a Data Portal account.
