Recruitment is complete. The participants completed a detailed paper questionnaire and research nurses collected samples and made a wide range of measurements |

Inclusion criteria |
Participant is aged 18 years or above, willing and able to give informed consent for participation and has at least two Orcadian grandparents |
Exclusion criteria |
Lack of capacity to provide informed consent and attend clinics, or the lack of Northern Isles ancestry |
