If you have previously accessed the DPUK Data Portal via DPUK, TBI-Reporter or BrainWaves Hubs you will already have a Portal Account
If you have signed a Data Access Agreement from a previously approved project either via DPUK or Associated Hubs, you will have previously been provided a username, QR code, and login instructions from Portal team at Swansea.
If you have retained you username and are aware of your pasword please use these credentials to log into the new application form.
To update your forgotten usernames/Passwords:
If you have forgotten your password and/or Username visit
Enter your organisational email,
Thereafter you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. The email will include reference to your username.
Click on the link to update your password
You will be re-routed to a webpage requesting a new Password at least 12 characters long.
You will also be asked to enter a mobile authenticator passcode (see below for more details on the code)
Once the password has been updated – re-try accessing the systems.
What is the mobile authenticator one time passcode:
When your credentials were initially issued to you by the @Swansea.ac.uk team you would have been issued with a QR Code to use with a “FREEOTP” app. If you still have the email/app use this app to generate your mobile authenticator one time password. To note the QR code can also be used with microsoft authenticator app.
If you no longer have access to the QR Code/App please request a new one be issued to you via helpdesk@chi.swan.ac.uk with the subject line “DPUK and Associated Hubs existing user new QR code request”
